The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield performance of the Indxx India Small Cap Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in Indian small market capitalization ("small cap") companies included in the SCIN underlying index and the advisor generally expects to be substantially invested at such times, with at least 95% of its net assets invested in these securities. The SCIN underlying index is a maximum 75-stock free-float adjusted market capitalization-weighted index designed to measure the market performance of companies in the small cap segment in India. It is non-diversified.

The fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI India Small Cap Index, which is designed to measure the performance of equity securities of small-capitalization companies whose market capitalization, as calculated by the index provider, represents the bottom 14% of companies in the Indian securities market. Components of the underlying index primarily include consumer discretionary, financials and industrials companies. It may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents.
