Description
The investment seeks to provide a high level of income exempt from federal income taxes. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities whose interest is free from federal income taxes. However, up to 20% of its income could be derived from securities subject to the alternative minimum tax. Although the fund may purchase securities of any maturity, the fund normally maintains a weighted average effective maturity of between three and 10 years. Targeting effective maturity gives the fund manager additional flexibility.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Municipal Yield Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in securities that the Sub-Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index tracks the U.S. high yield municipal bond market and to provide income that is exempt from federal income taxes. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks a high level of current income that is exempt from regular federal income tax and may also consider the potential for capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in fixed income securities issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and the political subdivisions, agencies and instrumentalities thereof, the interest on which is exempt from regular federal income tax. It is non-diversified.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
