The fund invests primarily in derivatives, money market instruments and U.S. Treasury obligations that ProFund Advisors believes, in combination, should provide investment results that correspond to the high yield market. It is non-diversified.

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in financial instruments that in combination have economic characteristics similar to the U.S. and Canadian high yield bond markets and/or in high yield debt securities.
