The investment seeks total return through investment in global real estate equity securities. The fund invests at least 80%, and usually substantially all, of its total assets in common stocks and other equity securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts and similar REIT-like entities. It will invest significantly (at least 40%-unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by the advisor, in which case the fund would invest at least 30%) in real estate companies organized or located outside the U.S. or doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S. It is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities Indexsm based upon the global real estate market. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index. The index is a float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure the performance of publicly traded global real estate securities. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index is modified market cap weighted based on free float market capitalization and tracks the performance of listed real estate companies or real estate investment trusts ("REITs") in North America, Europe and Asia.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
