Description
The investment seeks maximum long-term capital growth. The fund invests in developed markets, as well as emerging and less developed markets. Investments in emerging and less developed markets are limited to no more than 50% of its total assets at market value at the time of purchase. Under normal circumstances, it invests no less than 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes at market value at the time of purchase in common stocks and other equity securities of small non-U.S. companies.
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Normally, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of such premier companies. At least 65% of these securities will be issued by companies with stock market capitalizations up to $3 billion at the time of investment. Under normal market circumstances, at least 65% of the fund's net assets will be invested in equity securities of international companies headquartered in at least three different countries.
The investment seeks to provide investors with capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of non-U.S. small-cap companies, including companies located in emerging market countries. Equity securities include common and preferred stocks and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
