The investment seeks long-term capital growth. It may invest in all types of equity and equity-related securities, including, without limitation, exchange-traded and over-the-counter common and preferred stocks, warrants, options, rights, convertible securities, sponsored and unsponsored depositary receipts and shares, trust certificates, participatory notes, limited partnership interests, shares of other investment companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and equity participations.
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests principally in equity securities of foreign companies. These companies generally have market capitalizations (market value of publicly traded securities) greater than $5 billion. A foreign company is determined to be "foreign" on the basis of its domicile, its principal place of business, its primary stock exchange listing, and/or the source of its revenues. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets measured at the time of purchase in equity securities of issuers located in at least three countries outside of the United States.
The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests primarily in foreign equity securities that the adviser believes are undervalued but may invest in U.S. securities to a limited extent. The Adviser seeks to construct a diversified portfolio of stocks from a variety of industries and countries. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of foreign issuers, but also invests on a more limited basis in U.S. equity securities when opportunities appear attractive.
