The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Vident Core International Equity Index. The advisor attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the common stocks that make up the underlying index. The underlying index is a rules-based, systematic strategy index comprised of equity securities of issuers in developed and emerging markets outside of the United States. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies that comprise the underlying index. S&P Dow Jones Indices ("S&P DJI" or the "index provider") compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is designed to measure the performance of 200 of the least volatile stocks of the S&P Developed ex US and South Korea LargeMidCap Index. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the NASDAQ International BuyBack AchieversTM Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. includes in the underlying index common stocks of foreign companies that are classified as "International BuyBack AchieversTM" pursuant to a proprietary selection methodology. It is non-diversified.
