Description
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital through investments in stocks of non-U.S. companies. The managers expect to primarily invest in stocks of companies located outside the U.S. Under normal conditions, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks of non-U.S. companies and no more than 15% of its net assets will be invested in stocks of companies in emerging markets. The fund may purchase the stocks of companies of any size and does not emphasize either a growth or value bias in selecting investments. It is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the total return of foreign developed and emerging stock markets. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the MSCI ACWI (All Country World Index) ex USA Index and in depository receipts representing securities included in the index. The advisor uses statistical sampling techniques based on such factors as capitalization, industry exposures, dividend yield, price/earnings (P/E) ratio, price/book (P/B) ratio, earnings growth, country weightings, and the effect of foreign taxes to attempt to replicate the returns of the MSCI ACWI (All Country World Index) ex USA Index.
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI ACWI ex USA IMI composed of large-, mid- and small-capitalization non-U.S. equities. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the underlying index. The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure the combined equity market performance of developed and emerging markets countries, excluding the United States.
