Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in foreign equity securities. It invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities or equity-related securities, including derivative investments that provide exposure to equity securities. The fund seeks to outperform the MSCI All Country World ex USA Index. It diversifies its investments among a broad range of companies in a number of different countries throughout the world, with no limit on the amount of assets that may be invested in each country.
The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the S&P BMI International Developed Low Volatility IndexTM. The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies that comprise the underlying index. S&P Dow Jones Indices ("S&P DJI" or the "index provider") compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is designed to measure the performance of 200 of the least volatile stocks of the S&P Developed ex US and South Korea LargeMidCap Index. The fund is non-diversified.
