The investment seeks long-term growth of principal and income. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of non-U.S. companies, including common stocks, depositary receipts evidencing ownership of common stocks, preferred stocks, securities convertible into common stocks, and securities that carry the right to buy common stocks. The fund typically invests in medium-to-large well-established companies based on standards of the applicable market.
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MorningstarĀ® Developed Markets ex-US Factor Tilt IndexSM. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in American ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index reflects the performance of a selection of equity securities designed to provide broad exposure to the global developed equities markets, excluding the U.S., with increased exposure (or a "tilt") to small-capitalization stocks and value stocks.
