Description
The investment seeks to provide long-term returns in excess of the total rate of return of the MSCI Europe Australasia Far East ("EAFE") Index. The fund normally seeks to invest a majority of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in non-U.S. equity securities and equity like instruments of companies that are components of, or have characteristics similar to, the companies included in the MSCI EAFE Index. The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure the equity market performance of developed markets excluding the U.S. and Canada. The fund primarily seeks to buy common stock.
The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield of the S&P EPAC Ex. Korea Low Volatility USD Hedged Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure the performance of the 200 least volatile stocks in the S&P EPAC Ex-Korea LargeMidCap Index, while also employing a currency-hedged strategy to mitigate exposure to fluctuations between the value of the U.S. dollar and the currencies of the countries in which the component securities of the underlying index are domiciled. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks the investment results of the MSCI EAFE Minimum Volatility (USD) Index composed of developed market equities that, in the aggregate, have lower volatility characteristics relative to the broader developed equity markets, excluding the U.S. and Canada. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the underlying index. The index measures the performance of international equity securities that in the aggregate have lower relative volatility.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
