The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P Banks Select Industry Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index tracks the performance of publicly traded national money centers and leading regional banks. It may invest in equity securities that are not included in the index, cash and cash equivalents or money market instruments, such as repurchase agreements and money market funds. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the fund's underlying index. The fund's underlying index is the MSCI USA IMI Financials Index, which represents the performance of the financial sector in the U.S. equity market. It may or may not hold all of the securities in the MSCI USA IMI Financials Index. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results that, before expenses, correspond to the price and yield performance of publicly traded equity securities of companies in the Financial Select Sector Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 95%, of its total assets in common stocks that compose its index, either directly or through investment in the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund. The index includes companies from the following industries: diversified financial services; insurance; banks; capital markets; REITs; consumer finance; thrifts and mortgage finance; and real estate management and development. The fund is non-diversified.
