The advisor anticipates investing in derivatives, such as forward contracts, options, futures contracts or swap agreements, denominated in any currency. It is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Barclays EM Local Currency Government Diversified Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in securities that the Sub-Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of the fixed-rate local currency sovereign debt of emerging market countries. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to provide high total return from current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in debt securities issued or guaranteed by non-financial companies, financial institutions and government entities in Emerging Market Countries denominated in the local currencies of an issuer, and in derivative instruments that provide investment exposure to such securities. It may, but is not required to, hedge its exposure to non-U.S. currencies. The fund is non-diversified.
