The investment seeks total return. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in debt and other fixed-income securities issued by governments of emerging market countries and corporations headquartered in or which derive at least 50% of their revenues from operations or sales in emerging market countries. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of U.S. dollar-denominated bonds issued by governments and government-related issuers in emerging market countries. The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays USD Emerging Markets Government RIC Capped Index. All of the fund's investments will be selected through the sampling process, and under normal circumstances at least 80% of the fund's assets will be invested in bonds included in the index. It is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the J.P. Morgan Custom EM Investment Grade Plus BB-Rated Sovereign USD Bond Index (the "index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The index is comprised of sovereign and quasi-sovereign bonds issued by emerging markets issuers, denominated in U.S. dollars with a minimum amount outstanding of at least $750 million. The fund is non-diversified.
