Description
The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund mainly invests in common stocks of issuers in developing and emerging markets throughout the world. The sub-adviser invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of borrowings, if any, for investment purposes) in equity securities of issuers that are economically tied to one or more emerging market countries. The fund will normally invest in at least three different emerging market countries.
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Emerging Markets Investable Market Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the underlying index. The index is designed to measure large-, mid- and small-cap equity market performance in the global emerging markets.
The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Russell RAFI Emerging Markets Large Company Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in stocks included in the index, including depositary receipts representing securities of the index; which may be in the form of American Depositary receipts, Global Depositary receipts and European Depositary receipts. The index measures the performance of the large company size segment by fundamental overall company scores, which are created using as the universe the companies included in the Russell Emerging Markets Index.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
