Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of issuers whose principal activities are in an emerging market, or are economically tied to an emerging market country. It uses a quantitative methodology to identify industries and sectors in emerging market securities that ICON's methodology suggests are underpriced or overpriced relative to the fund's calculation of intrinsic value. The fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in a single industry. It is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation along with some current income; the fund seeks to mitigate adverse volatility in returns as a secondary objective. Normally, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its total assets in dividend-paying common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, and debt obligations of foreign companies, foreign governments and their agencies, where "total assets" means net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes. The fund can invest without constraint in the securities of companies located in developing countries.
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal conditions, at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies listed in, or whose principal business activities are located in, emerging markets. It may invest in emerging market companies of any size, including small and mid-capitalization companies in order to achieve its objective. The fund may also invest up to 5% of its assets in frontier markets, which are generally smaller, less liquid and less developed than emerging markets. It may invest in participatory notes.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
