The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by normally investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings made for investment purposes) in securities and instruments that are tied economically to emerging market countries and by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings made for investment purposes) in securities of companies in the consumer and consumer-related sectors.
The investment seeks to track the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Factor Mix A-Series Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index. The index captures large- and mid-cap representation across 23 emerging markets countries and aims to represent the performance of value, low volatility, and quality factor strategies. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to provide investment results approximating the overall performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets® Index. The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in equity securities, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, in American Depository Receipts, European Depository Receipts, and Global Depository Receipts representing such securities, and in MSCI Emerging Markets Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
