The investment seeks total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests in open-end mutual funds that are registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and not affiliated with the fund or making direct investments in portfolio securities based upon institutional research, recommendations, and trading signals from investment model managers or other third-party research providers. It will principally invest in portfolio funds. The fund may invest in options, futures contracts, and swaps for both speculative and hedging purposes.
