Description
The investment seeks maximum aggregate rate of return over the long term through controlled investment risk by adjusting its investment mix among stocks, long-term debt securities and short-term money market securities. The fund is an asset allocation fund that seeks to maximize returns with a mix of stocks, bonds and money market securities. The sub-adviser buys and sells securities for the fund by changing its investment mix among common stocks, intermediate and long-term bonds (fixed income securities) and money market securities. As a result, its investments may change often. Also, the fund can invest 100% in just one of these asset classes.
The investment seeks income and capital growth consistent with reasonable risk. The fund invests approximately 60% of assets in stocks and other equity securities and the remainder in bonds and other debt securities, including lower-quality debt securities (those of less than investment-grade quality, also referred to as high yield debt securities or junk bonds), when its outlook is neutral. It invests at least 25% of total assets in fixed-income senior securities (including debt securities and preferred stock).

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
