The investment seeks to provide high total return consisting of capital appreciation and current income. The Socially Responsive Fund invests in a mix of common stocks and other equity securities of U.S. companies of any market capitalization and fixed income securities which are primarily investment grade and may be of any maturity. Normally, the fund will maintain at least 65% of the value of its assets in equity securities and at least 25% of the value of its assets in fixed income securities. Fixed income securities include asset- and mortgage-backed securities.
The investment seeks income and conservation of principal; as a secondary investment objective, the Balanced Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund follows a sustainable investing approach, combining rigorous financial analysis with equally rigorous environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis in order to identify investments. The adviser normally expects to invest approximately 60-75% of its assets in equity securities and approximately 25-40% of its assets in debt securities, though this allocation may vary somewhat depending on market conditions.
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and growth of income, with current income a secondary objective, consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund is a "fund of funds" that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of underlying Calvert fixed-income and equity funds that meets the fund's investment criteria, including financial, sustainability and social responsibility factors. It may also invest in cash and short-term money market instruments.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
