Description
The investment seeks total return consistent with a moderate level of risk relative to the broad stock market. The fund invests its assets in other underlying mutual funds advised by Invesco Advisers, Inc. and exchange-traded funds advised by the advisor or mutual funds and ETFs advised by unaffiliated advisers. Its target allocation is to invest approximately 50%-70% of its total assets in underlying funds that invest primarily in equity securities, approximately 30%-50% of its total assets in underlying funds that invest primarily in fixed-income securities and approximately 5%-20% of its total assets in alternative asset classes.
The investment seeks long-term growth of principal while providing some current income. The fund invests approximately 60% of its total assets in common stocks, and ordinarily limits its common stock investments to no more than 75% of its total assets. Although there is no restriction on the size of companies in which it may invest, ordinarily most of its common stock investments are in companies with market capitalizations of at least $1.5 billion at the time of investment. It ordinarily invests at least 25% of its total assets in fixed income securities, including investment grade bonds issued by U.S. companies and U.S. government and agency obligations.
The investment seeks both capital growth and income. To pursue its goal, the portfolio maintains a defined asset allocation. The portfolio's target allocation includes bond, stock and cash investments. The portfolio's allocation is weighted toward stock investments, while including substantial bond investments in seeking to add income and reduce the portfolio's volatility. The portfolio seeks to remain close to the target allocations of 60% equity, 35% fixed income and 5% cash and cash equivalents (including money market funds) and typically does not change its target allocation.

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
